Right early fullness, muffled hearing and pain within ear, face and neck. Headaches

Hi I've had a full feeling in my right ear that comes and goes. I have constant pain deep in the ear all the time. I also get pain that radiates to my face and neck.

I have seen an ENT doctor recently. After a few test I was told that I have no infection or fluid in my ear.

I had a hearing test that showed my left ear was fine but my right has lost 40% of hearing!

I am now awaiting an MRI and follow up appointment with ENT.

On top of all this I have been having dizziness and nausea, feeling very tired and headaches only on the right side of my head.

The ENT doctor did say it could be a jaw problem and that the muscle in the right side of my neck did feel tense. It does hurt when pressure is put on the area around my ear.

I just want answers as to what this could be. Its been like this for about 2 months now.

I feel for you as I have issues with my left ear. No pain in my face though. I was told I have fluid and they chaulked it up to allergies. Have you tried decongestants? Also, do you have a he'd swollen spot below your ear next to where your jaw meets your neck? Let me know the outcome of your scan.

Hi. I have tried decongestants but no change. I do have like a small round "lump" under the skin between the jaw and ear.

I will let you no how my MRI goes. Thanks for your reply x
