hello everyone. Im trying to find out if anyone knows what is happening with me. I keep getting symptoms on the right side of my body. Dry eye, brain fog, dry sinus head pressure, pressure behind ear, tinnitus. all this is happening on my right side. If anyone knows what it could be please help.

It sounds serious, you should visit your doctor as soon as possible. It might be caused by some neural or pressure issues in your head and might even indicate a ministroke.

its not a stroke. ive been checked at a hopsital for that already. this has been going on for a year now on and off. it seems to come on after stress at work, then lingers around for couple of weeks

Have you had an MRI scan?
Is your blood pressure and cholesterol level normal?
Have you had any epileptic seizures in your life?

all normal. never had epileptic seizures. No MRI
