Right flank pain

I have had right flank pain over an old scar from UPJ obstruction kidney surgery in 1999. I have seen a urologist a G.I. doctor and my Orthopedic surgeon. I’ve had an MRI a CAT scan x-rays and ultrasound and tons of bloodwork. No doctor knows why I have so much flank pain that is worse with activity. This has been going on for six months it feels like I have a ton of pressure over what would be my kidneys or my liver. I also have a swollen area in the front over my rib cage. My pain runs from the front of my rib cage all the way around to the back of my flank over an old incision. The only way I’m able to get through my day is to take pain medication and muscle relaxers.I know I have a 4.9 cm mass on my liver and I have some small cyst on my right kidney but the doctors don’t seem too concerned about it so I don’t know if that could be the cause of my pain. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I’m at my wits end of what to do and the pain gets increasingly worse every day. Thank you and have a blessed day.
