Right head and dizziness

****Hi all i have health anxiety and i have a tight feeling in my head and sometimes slight dizziness !

Does anyone else get this with anxiety ?? i always think the worst .

    The tight feeling in your head and dizziness is extremely common with anxiety. I had those on and off for many years. Many people on this site have had those sensations also.

    make an effort to relax your mind as much as possible. That will help take away those feelings.

    Learning how to breathe properly for anxiety is very important and will relieve you. YouTube has many great meditations for breathing and for anxiety.

    it’s also important to figure out why you have anxiety in the first place. Think about if there’s anything going on in your life that could be causing this. Speaking with a counselor also helps.

    And I always say that everybody should have at least one physical check up per year with their doctor. Take care

      thank you so much for your reply . It s hard to think ors not anything serious !! i have an eye test done and paid an extra £10 for an advance one and that was all clear . i went to my Drs and saw the nurse practitioner , shes aware of my anxiety alll she said was drink more water !! so that didn't help much . its so hard not to think about it when iam feeling it everyday for the passed 5 days but its proberlya viscous circle were iam worrying about it happening again it dose !

    Hi Cathy really common symptom of anxiety i have this all the time tight head pressure dizzy off balance, try meditation and breathing exercises helps me a little, have you seen doctor for this, sending hugs. x

      would like to talk with you please i have alot of same symptoms about to go crazy thinking something is horribly wrong with me.
