Right Midfoot Fusion

hi.

i had midfoot fusion surgery 4 days ago and im struggling with serious pain in my big toe.

navicular tarsal, medial cunieform, intermediate cunieform, lateral cunirform and first metatarsal joints were fused, due to arthritis.

i expected alot of pain but since i had full cast put on my toes have come out bruised and the pain in my big toe is unbareable.

is this normal or should i seek help?

i have had fingers fused before and had both knees replaced and ive never felt pain like this
