Right ORIF PATELLA SURGERY w/ broken left shoulder too-----8 months post op problems

I am super discouraged with my progress. Cant work still as my job is constant walking and I didn't have good insurance and believe quality of care was bad. From Ortho to PT--which had to wait until month 4 to get and then had 3 weeks. Ugh, hate complaining but see people RUNNING, I can barely walk----

I don't have insurance right now so winging it. Join gym, stretchy muscles everyday but.....is scar tissue a problem more than was spoke about. I have rubbed scar tissue but very carefully. Bones obviously healed by this point but I've never been injured nor any surgeries and 59 years old, pretty healthy.
