Right shoulder hurt at physical therapy after sugery

Had a pain pointing in the air at work two different times then one day it popped cracked an quit working could barley move it went to ortho doc tried physical therapy that was a no go two mri's later doc says surgery said several rotator cuff tears an possible labrum tears had surgery more was wrong than he thought along with the tears he did subcromel decompression and shaved my collar bone and my scapula had several bone spurs now before my shoulder went out I worked 8 days a week 25 hrs a day installing fire sprinkler systems for 17 yrs I'm the oldest male in my family I'm 35 I was always busy cutting some ones grass fixing cars or fixing some ones house cutting trees anyway always moving and I have custody of my two boys single dad and in good shape now after surgery my shoulder is good p/t is going great till my third week in last excise of the day I held my arm out shoulder height he said I'm gonna push down on your hand you push back when we did snap crackle pop rip fell to my knees in pain p/t thought we just irritated my shoulder so in hella pain I call my ortho to Let him know what happened next day go to p/t an I have a different p/t strange I thought still in major pain all she did was aces my shoulder like before surgery it's swollen crooked looking hand is swollen it pops real loud a couple times she said I'll be right back comes back with my ice pillow an says let that set for ten to fifteen min then you can go I get home my ortho calls me an says no more p/t be in my office monday 8am my shoulder is swelling like crazy in the front my whole arm and hand is too an pain pills didn't touch it long story short I've had 7 MRIs two with dye a bone scan and a nerve test in the last 1 1/2 years New p/t office four diffirent sessions not lasting longer than two visits he's telling my ortho something is wrong he can't treat me I saw a shoulder specialist just for a second opinion not to treat me but tell my ortho what he thinks within ten mins he said surgery with the big cut to really see what's going on said that my bicep tendons are so bad they will never heal my ortho says no he don't agree with him pain management was a joke now I saw my ortho on 4/4/18 he says all my test came back better than they were I saidwhat about my pain level and my sore to the touch shoulder hurts in the front,the side and behind my shoulder blade hand an arm still swollen my shoulder is crooked and hangs down my shoulder blade sticks out my back pops an cracks I drop things everyday I get super pain my ortho has no clue to what except he don't want to do surgery you are hurt but I'll see ya in 6 months like wow no help from you but hopefully it will get better one day any advice will help
