extensive partial thickness articular surface tear of the distal supraspinatus with possible full thickness component proximally / superiorly partial thickness tear tendinosis distal infraspinatus and subscapularis no full thickness tear or retraction seen long head biceps tendinosis of the intra articular portion glenohumeral joint and ac joint oeteoarthrosis extensive articular surface partial thickness tear of the distal supraspinatus extending over approx 2cm in length over the majority of the distal tendon superiorly partial thickness tear tendinosis distal infraspinatus and subscapularis sagittal image 7-21/7-22

      do you know how long before they would do this prosegure  

      Arthroscopic subacromial decompression +cuff repair+long biceps tenotomy'can they make you wait one year or will it get worse
