Right side abdominal pain

Hello everyone who is reading this,
I have been having this right side abdominal pain for almost 2 weeks now. The pain is located in the appendix area, maybe slightly above. Its important to note that for the past few months I have been having this pain in the right testicle that just randomly comes and goes ( last for a few minutes to hours ) and during the pain my testicle was very sensitive but no signs of abdominal pain in that time. Now 2 weeks ago It happened again and I went out for a walk in hopes It will pass but as I was walking pain was more tense and my lower right side of abdomen started to hurt.
Next day, I went to the doctor and she examined me and said that it probably isn't appendicitis but I asked to go the the urgent center for prevention, just to be sure. And I have done my blood work, urine tests and Ultrasound scans and doctors said that there where no signs of infection ( appendicitis ) and also no signs of inguinal hernia ( I had operation of hernia when I was 2y old ), so I was kinda relieved that I know what is not the problem.
Now, the pain is still here but right testicle doesn't hurt. The pain is in right side of abdomen but It is not that tense as before, but sometimes the pain increases for a few minutes ( feels like the pain when you are running so long and right side starts to hurt, that kind of a pain ) and also I feel slight pain when I push down with my hands in that area.
Also I want to note that this second week, for 2 days my stomach also hurt ( in the center ), maybe I ate something bad, it lasted 2 days now Its gone, just want to note this because maybe It has something to do with the abdominal pain, at this point I don't really know anymore.
Also some important notes: I had appetite during whole this time ( doctors also asked me this ), I have good urine, good stool ( no diarrhea at all ), never had nausea or feeling of vomiting, no fever at all. But I felt somedays like I was kinda bloated and couldn't get my gases out, like they were stuck. No food allergies, active lifestyle. Just want my normal life back because this is bothering me.
If anyone can read this and help me with some answers I would appreciate It very much.
Anyways, thank you in advance.

I just posted yesterday about a similar issue! It's similar but a bit different, but so are all medical issues it seems like. Not sure if we might have the same issue, but I'm curious to find out what you have going on because so far I can't find anything online about anyone else having similar issues.
I have had this issue for 9 months, with the exception of a couple of months last year where it faded away, and a few weeks this year where it abruptly stopped. The main difference is the testicular pain, I've only had that recently and I just blamed it on my dogs getting me a few times or the way I was sitting at the time. I'm not sure if the two are related still, but I'm definitely keeping note now.
However, this sounds identical to how my issue started. My issue progressed though; now I have what I can only describe as "evening constipation" and excessive belching. Doctors checked for appendicitis, every test they've done from kidney stones to gallstones to liver damage to a number of other things has come back "unremarkable." All my insides look normal and healthy to what I've been told.
Let me know what you find out!

So apparently I am doing fine, no pain at all. I did not go to gastroenterologist because pain stopped and It seems It was connected to gases. Sounds funny but I wasn't able to fart at the time of pain which is not normal for me. Now the testicular pain comes and goes and doctor checked them and told everything is fine so I guess Its not serious because testicles are sensitive to everything and get irritated easily.
Also the night that I got the pain I was sleeping on my stomach ( usual habit ) and my right arm was under the area where I got pain next morning, It's funny. So over couple of weeks now I am getting used to sleeping on my back and I feel much better.
So that's It I guess It was just stuck gases.
