Right side chest pain

Hi, 2 days ago i noticed this stinging/burning pain on the side side of my chest, the pain currently has not been as frequent and is mostly triggered by speed walking or lying on my back, and hurts most when i take deep breaths, and dissapears after a few minutes or when i move my body. Sometimes when i lie on my back I can hear my right chest make a tiny clicking noise when i breathe in or out.

I did a bit of googling and it seem's as though my symptoms lead to pleurisy, i suffer pain when i take deep breaths but I have no urge to cough or feel any pain when i do so. Does anyone know what my condition could be and whether or not I should see a doctor? I've been hoping that it'll get better over time but althought not as frequent or painful, I still experience pain in my right chest after 2 days.

Thanks

    Hi James

Could really be anything. Probably, believe it or not, indigestion. If you had Pleursy, you wpould definately know about it. You would find it quite hard to breath normally without being in a really lot of pain, plus you would be relatively quite ill. I am not making light of your symptoms, but I would say that it was indigestion. If you are at all worried, or your symptoms get worse, go to your GP or A & E.

Don't worry to much and I hope you had a good Christmas Day.

All the best and letus know what happens. Best of luck.
