Right side chest pain when leaning neck to left side

I’m a 35 year old male. I’m not sure what’s going on with this. It’s pretty weird. I just noticed it. I have been having bad indigestion lately as well. But if I lean my neck to the left, not turn my neck but lean it down to the left I get a pain on the right side of my chest near the breastbone. I’m not sure If the pains coming from my neck or spine or if it’s possibly cardio related. Any suggestions? Anybody expierenced this before?

Firstly...are you sure it was indigestion that you have experienced lately? What were the exact symptoms?  What remedies did you take?

It could be related to digestive problems  or as you have suggested it could be cardio related. You really need to see a doctor who may wish to carry out some simple tests.
