Right sinus saga

I've had sinus issues for many years but always treatable. for the past fortnight I have had pain in my jaw, teeth and maxillary sinus area. I have a very thick post nasal drip. I became really concerned when I began having pain on swallowing especially swallowing hard food. had antibiotics for 5 days and this helped. however 2 days off them it's come back again.

I can today feel some sort of lump where the bottom corner of my nose meets my cheek. feels very tender to push.

anyone experienced anything like this? it's really starting to get me down. thanks.
