doesn’t sound like anything serious. People get little head pains all the time from stress, anxiety, etc. I get that a lot when I’m stressed out and it feels sore also. it can be caused by tension and is often present when people have a tension headache. Try to relax your mind as much as possible. If you have issues causing you anxiety it’s helpful to speak with a counselor. Hang in there! ❤

Hi nicole , yes actually it is normal , from stress it affects the veins , nothing serious ! But of course mention it to your doctor to ease your mind

I actually get right temple pain and it's from my TMJ. Do you grind your teeth at night? If so, that could be what it is, or it could be just something normal. Anxiety causes us to feel every little thing going on in our bodies and makes us think the worst. Praying you find some peace!

Yes, I currently have the same thing. Mine feels kind of like a tension headache but mainly near my right temple. Other times the pressure is so bad it feels like my head is going to explode. Anxiety can do some crazy things to your body!
