I keep haveing internal treamberling with right temple pains , then go very hot, been struggerling since April this year, nothing is helping , no antidepressants at all, also need the loo more to pee, should I ask to see a specialit on migraine, I am 58,

Best recommendation is to visit the doctors.
You can try eating an apple daily morning right after waking up. It works for me.
