    Hi Jacqueline,

    I think your finger slipped and you posted in the wrong group. This one is vertigo and dizziness. I see from your posting history that you're a member of the menopause group on this site, so I'm guessing that's where you meant to post.

    There's actually a separate perimenopause group as well that you might find interesting.
