Hello Ladies,

I have been getting Ringing in my Ears Since the past 10 months and horrible dizziness/ vertigo episodes when moving my head just a little bit. I am wondering if any of you ladies are experiencing any of the symptoms as well as some really crazy Visual Disturbances. I have had every test known to man and everything checks out okay. From Neuro Opthalmologist to Neurologists to Pathologists...To Nutrition Response Testing...etc...Any Help Ladies to Ease my mind....Thank You😊

My husband has complained about his ears being clogged and some ringing. He has gone to 2 different doctors but nothing is wrong.. Dr said to take 800mg of IBprofen .....I told him it could be the weather or even having the air on.. I don't know what else to tell him.

    Hi Shana,

I've had Vertigo (unconfirmed reason) severely since 1997, However i have had several head injuries so originally could be from that. I noticed when I could no longer deny i was in Peri that i was having daily vertigo and the Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) was getting louder and harder to ignore. It was pretty unbearable along with everything else i was going through, i really was an absolute mess. Now i won't say it has all gone (It hasn't) but when i went on the HRT (for peri bladder issues, hot flushes, anxiety etc) and the carbamazepine (for the burning skin on face, head, and left arm) too much to list that took away the worst of it. I can still feel its all there. under the medication but so far i am managing without going insane and crying all day and night.

I hope you find something to help you, Make sure there is no ear infection or sinus infection. drink lots of water, reduce your salt, as salt intake can exacerbate it, as does alcohol and chocolate and coffee (Sorry) I hope this helps. Good Luck, You're not alone.
