Ringworm or Maybe Lupus?

So 4 months ago I woke up to a quarter size rash on my left leg. initially I believed it to be ringworm as it had the red ring and center was flat and discolored. I tried using antifungal cream as you would for ringworm but it never got better instead it grew to now 4 inches in diameter. I also now have more random ringworm looking spots all over my abdomen. they all only itch after washing. they aren't bubbled up or pus filled but they do feel sore and itchy at times. I do have untreated hypothyroidism. I tried home remedies and still I can't get this to go away. any ides?Uploading fil****e...
