Ringworm- treatments not working

I've tried Daktacort ( miconazole & hydrocortisone) for 10 days reduced the itchiness but didnt get rid of the fungal infection. Now my gp prescribed Trimovate cream but it says that it could make ringworm infection worse?! Think my GP is going to refered me to a dermotologist soon Think my 7 year old daughter also got it now because she's itchy . I'm not able to sleep because of the itchiness is so bad especially after a hot shower?! Now sure what to do apart from washing bedding more frequently and wipe clean surfaces. I'm concerned this is difficult to cure.

    Sertaconazole should do good,

    personally i don't suggest steroids along with anti fungal

    wash with clotrimazole soap for 2 minute then, apply 3 weeks 2 times
