    is that restless leg syndrome, if so, yes, i have had it for months and it's really annoying!! only get it at night time!!

      have you tried inverting your legs, that seems to help me, stupid thing is as soon as i actually get in bed to go to sleep it's gone!! only when i'm watching tv and trying to bloody relax does it happen, yes, very annoying and i hate it too!! lol

      I have yes, I've layed on my back with my legs in the air, or against a wall, it does seem to help some but its not the best possion for sleep..:-)

      oh so urs doesn't go away when you actually get in bed :-( i've also done the against the wall whilst watching tv and i agree, not the most comfortable of positions but then again, mine goes when i get into bed, how strange!! sorry i can't be of any more help, the do say leg massage is supposed to help, it didn't work at all for me though :-( hope you manage to get some sleep tonight :-)

      No it seems to get worse once im in bed, cant sleep, up & down all night it seems..ah well.......

      you poor thing, i don't know how i would cope with that, it does my head in now nevermind when i'm actually already in bed!! what has your GP suggested?? are some people for real on here or what!! lol

      GP said to give it some time & it MAY go away, if it's still with me by my next appointment with him I'll either ask for something to try & stop it, or maybe go onto something else..not sure if anything can be done about it thougth!.

      Purchase a TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) unit, that'll cure it for you 😃

      Got one, for back / leg pain, does nothing for restless leg syndrome.
