RLS and Insomia

I have been suffering from Restless Leg for past 2 weeks. I have this creepy crawling feeling in my Leg when I tend to fall asleep, I have a strong urge to move if I don't my Leg jerks by itself and I lose my sleep.

I really don't know how to get past this, I get very little sleep and feel exhausted all the time.

Now, when I go to sleep I have anxiety about not sleeping. I have trouble adjusting my day because of this issue.

My doctor prescribed me Chlorpromazine for my Insomnia. But it does nothing to help me fall asleep. The medication was kind of effective keeping me asleep until I had RLS. Now, the medication does not work at all.

A friend takes pills (prescribed by her GP) for the RLS, though I don't know what the pills are called. In extremis, she says she binds her legs together at night so they don't disturb her.

Hello I am also having this kind of trouble for the past 6 months. I have been taking Clonazepam 5 along with Elesert 100 which were effective in the initial stage but later on it doesn't work.  Sleepless night is a killing one. Normally When we wake up we should be fresh.  But when we have some problem in our brain then everything will be spoiled.  Moreover it will create problems one after another. Our entire lifestyle & charatacter also change. If available try homeopathy medicines also. Have U taken MRI. Definitely there will be some problem in the brain as all these symptoms are coinciding. Avoid light in bedroom during sleep. wishes.
