I have been so tired that I have been hallucinating during the night and the tiredness also affects my short term memory. I wouldnt be surprised if I did things during the night and then forgot about doing them. As far as I know I wasn't sleep walking but I wouldnt be surprised.
Note that I am using the past tense. I have been on a couple of diets that have just about eliminated the symptoms of RLS Instead of getting two hours sleep every night I now sleep right through for two weeks and then have a minor problem with some food I am experimenting with.
A bad night is now an inconvience.
If you want info about the diets please let me know.

I have just seen your response.
I suffer from severe restless leg and apparently the three medications i have tried are the only ones in Australia.
I am interested in some information about your diet, please.
