Does magnesium help? I need to be careful not to take anything with iron in due to my heamochromostosis. Any advice appreciated

Hello Flangies. Sorry to hear of your RLS. It is a nightmare. You mentioned Magnesium. I'm going to send to you a link that may help. Not sure about number 4. Doesn't fill me with confidence.

    Hope this helps. Tom.

Magnesium has been amazing for me. I have had RLS for years. I've been taking 5 magnesium bisglycinate supplements per day for a week now with NO RLS at night.

Hello sharon17397. In my reply to Flanges, I included a link listing 15 ways to help with RLS. The eigth related to Magnesium and Calcium. I'm intereted to note the difference Magnrsium as made for you so I will buy some, and calcium, to see if it works. The link I've sent to Flangies is still to be moderated but it should getb through the screening process. I will send you the link too.

      Tom.
