Roof of mouth white/Bumps on tongue

I started developing the bumps on my tongue over a month ago and noticed the roof of my mouth was whitish/grey. I also started to get this build up of white stuff on my tongue that I try to brush away every day. I went to a clinic and got treated for thrush a week after some of the symptoms developed, but nothing changed after the course of the treatment. Trying to avoid going to the doctor because corona is very severe in my county. Any thoughts on what this could be or should I risk it and go to the doctor?
