Roommate sprayed Ozium disinfectant spray all over, have a headache. Should I be concerned?

My roommate sprayed Ozium disinfectant spray which is Triethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol and some other chemicals a couple minutes before I came in the room and I noticed the room smelled really strongly and I had a mild irritation in my throat/eyes. I left the building after a couple minutes because the scent was bothering me. He later told me he was just supposed to spray it for a few seconds but he walked around spraying it all over thinking it was like febreeze. I have had a headache and some mild nausea since it happened. Was this dangerous or am I just experiencing normal irritation that isn't a cause for concern? Is it worth going to a doctor for or am I just having a lot of anxiety over nothing?
