Root cause of pacs and pvcs? Do you have these issues underlying?

New to the forum!

Seems like a great forum, read a lot of the discussions.

i have had episodes of ectopic beats for a few years now. i was chatting to a customer of mine who also gets them, we both suffered from physical abuse as children, heavy handed dads.

we both suffered anxiety and panic attacks prior to the ectopic beats and heart rhythm issues.

this got me thinking, is this a common root issue for people who suffer ectopic beats etc!

dont feel you have to reply, but it would be interesting to know if past long term stress and anxiety is the main driver of palpitations and the like.

of course there could be genetic issues at play, that's clearly a big reason for many.
