I have had rosacea for a number of years. It used to be very bad and you would have thought I burned the whole middle of my face. After being referred to a skin specialist at the hospital I was put on a low dose antibiotic called Mynocycline. I take 1 every day. I use Doublebase moisturising cream on my face along with sunscreen cream every day even in winter. You can get the Doublebase moisturiser and shower cream on prescription if you live in the U.K. You can't use cleanser or toner or any astringent cleaner as it can aggravate the rosacea. Don't sit in direct sunlight as it is bad for the rosacea and can cause it to flare up. Rosacea can also affect your eyes so you should get your eyes checked at the doctors and opticians if you have any watering or redness of the eyes. Spicy food can aggravate the rosacea but I don't eat that too much anyway. At the moment apart from a slight redness my skin is doing really well. Hope this helps.

I would maybe try Aloe Vera Gel and Coconut oil. Everyone is different so may be a bit of trial and error Good luck!
