Rosehip supplements

Hi all, have any of you tried Rosehip supplements to help with osteoarthritis pain?  I have been taking glucosamine and fish oil for quite some time but they don't really seem to help.  I've just started taking Rosehip supplements after reading some reviews online which all looked really good. Unfortunately I've come out in a lot of bruises on my thighs over the weekend just from sleeping uncomfortably! I also have a small burst blood vessel where I don't remember hurting myself.  This could just all be a coincidence but I also read since that rosehip can cause thinning of the blood.  I don't know whether to persevere a bit longer or whether to stop taking them. Has anyone one else heard of this problem?

    Hi Lisa

I've used rose hip and vegetarian friendly glucospmine and can't tell if its made much difference. If it has its probabl

y my finger joints that have improved.

Neither of them or anything else for that matter has helped my knee in the long run.

Like everybody else though, I'll keep trying things
