i had full thickness rotator cuff repair 15 weeks ago . we were having grocerys delivered and before i realized it the delivery person put a 10 pound bottle of detergent in my surgery hand/arm. My arm has been clicking more and feels slightly weaker 2 days out. any thoughts as whether I damaged repair or is this just a setback

I think you really should see the consultant /surgeon who did your repair ,just to be sure you haven't torn anything.
I have been there ,had the extra pain ,caused by a over indulgent physiotherapist, making me lift a very heavy
dumbbell. I was the dummy for doing it ,, Tiger Balm will help..
