so im 10 weeks out of rotator cuff surgery and tenodesis surgery . Have basically full range of motion , but wanted yo know when the pain totally stops. Anyone have same surgery that can give me dome imput

You have full range of motion already? You are very lucky. It took about a year for my pain to stop but every surgery is different.
