Ive had these bumps for about 6 months now and at first i thought nothing of them because they were only few, but now they cover a large portion of the bottom of my penis. I've had sex without a condom but these were there before that. i don't know who to consult about it being that I'm too embarrassed. so does anyone know what these are and if theres any treatment?

What you likely have going on is that the skin has become over-dried, that is has lost much of its natural pH balance. If you set about to correct this most of the bumps would go back to the state where they are completely unnoticeable again, as they are there anyway, only, you should not be able to see them if your skin was as healthy as when you were born. You certainly have some dried, dead skin cells there too ...

    .

So what causes this? - Skin losses its pH balance because of the constant barrage of bodily cleansers of all sorts, from soap, shower gel and lotions, other bodily cleansers it has had contact with such as hair shampoo and so on. Then, what a lot of males do is start to use things like skin creams and baby oils and other petroleum oil based liquids as lubes for masturbation and for sex.

What you need to do is to reverse this process - use water for cleaning your penis with, when you take a shower you need to rinse away all the other bodily cleansers you have used from your penis. Actually take some 2 or 3 minutes to do this and the skin of your penis will begin the process of recovery.

What you also need is a plant based extract to further help restore the pH balance - so you need to get some Aloe Vera Gel (you can get 99% pure) or some liquid Coconut Oil, you can get both of these from shops such as Savers or Superdrug if you are in the UK for less than £5.

Each will last a number of months, apply a light coat of whichever one you try first at least every other day and certainly once you have dried yourself when taking a shower.

In the shower do NOT apply soap or shower gel, or any other bodily cleansers to your penis. When you do take a shower you need to throughly rinse-off ALL bodily cleansers that have gotten onto your penis away by directing water at your penis and genital region for some 2 or 3 minutes .....

When washing after you urinate, only use water to wash with, not soap or any other form of body cleanser ....
