I'm 18 years old and I have one small patch of rough bumps/spots under my foreskin for years now.
It doesn't hurt, it doesn't itch and it hasn't grown all these years. I haven't been sexually active yet but to me it looked like a genital wart, so online I purchased condolyne but this treatment didn't help. I hope somebody can help me what it could be.

Hi Justin I wouldn't be to worried it could be an area of rough skin. you could have it checked to be sure. If it starts to get worse definitely get it checked out with your doctor or clinic.
