Hey Debi,  I have the exact same thing and I am only 24 sounds like Anxiety I have this you get some crazy symptoms with it from heart palpations(heart flutters),  being dizzy, being scared to communicate   there is a whole list or it could be menopause as you said about the hot flushes have you seen your GP about this?

I've had bloods, ecgs , 24 hour heart monitor and echocardiogram. All clear but I suffered major anxiety and became agoraphobic for the last 6 weeks in-between hospital a and e and test results as I was terrified . I'm having problems as something inside me is not accepting that all is OK, as I'm hearing some tests don't always reveal problems so that's not helping. Still feeling ill also isn't helping so it's just doing all you can to get through. What tests are you waiting for. We must trust the professionals. Keep me posted OK

It certainly sounds like anxiety & seeing as your heart tests were all clear, it makes it even more likely.

I also have weird fluttery sensations. Mine appear from nowhere, last a few seconds & are high on my chest, almost in my throat. I panicked that I was having a heart attack because I was diagnosed with heart failure in December; but even my cardiologist believes the flutters are anxiety! Heart attacks do not start like this & there's other symptoms that go alongside & I don't have these.

May I ask if you're having help to deal with the anxiety? I used to see a marvelous lady who helped me work out what triggered my attacks. Yes I still have to deal with them; however I now feel as if I'm in control.
