RT beating spontenous nystagmus-meaning?

Hi guys,
Ive been suffering from vertigo and dizziness feeling for 8 months now.
I saw a Neurologist and a Ophthalmologist that couldnt find nothing wrong, an MRI and a hearing test were fine.
The ENT that saw me sent me to an ENG test that had the following results:
There is RT beating spontaneous nystagmus rocorded in darkness.
Significant directional changing nystagmus was recorded with positional test.
Oculometric tests are normal.
Bithermal caloric test is within the normal limits.
After the ENG test, went back to my ENT, and she performed a dix-hallpike that was nornal as well.
Anyone knows if the nystagmus has to be related to the inner ear??? I mean they obiously found something in the ENG test according to the results.
However my ENT said that the caloric test is within the normal range and the nystagmus could be from other stuff...
Can anyone shed some expirience/thoughts pls???
Im really helpless with these feelings...
Its 24/7 vertigo..
Thanks alot!

A pt also does the epply Maneuver which can also help.
I have both cervical dizzyness at times and ear Crystals which causes vertigo. The pt can do many maniuvers which can help.
Just my thoughts thx
