ive seen some very informative posts by JNF, Carissa and Soraking.

today is day 8 and i still have some soreness back there, some days i am passing white bloodstained mucous. is this normal?

i had all of 3 of mine banded at the same time, am i looking at a longer recovery?

whoever else had RBL done, when did you start feeling normal? i got mine banded because before it i constantly felt like something was stuck up there. the poking feeling is gone but it still feels tender and mushy.

    im coming up to 8 wks post banding.

    i had 3 grade 3 hems banded.

    felt great for a week after then the bleeding slowly crept back...

    for past 3 wks i have been taking a stool softener which touch wood has helped..

    i never suffered with constipation but it would seem they only need to be slightly harder or bigger and then the bm will cause my internal hems yo bleed.

    im hoping the banding worked and the bleeding was healing but now im too scared to stop taking the stool softener incase the bleeding returns.
