Hi Everyone,

Today i went to see a gyneacologist about my cysts... It wasnt good... Cause im over weight my body is deciding not to ovulate which means i cant have children i need to lose at least 3st or more to make it a little bit more possible for me, he has also told me to see my gp and get me on metformin who else is on it and what does it actually do? Any replies would be good. Many ThanksĀ

Hi I am on Metformin for diabetics and pcos it is amazing I have lost loads of weight since taking it and things seem to be a lot better in my cycle .. It sorts out your hormones I think and keep your sugar levels normal so u are not craving food all time.. I developed diabetes due to undiagnosed pcos for so many years .. Hope this helps a little x
