Rule Change? Question to Moderators

Posted , 6 users are following.

Yesterday someone posted asking for info on home cures for OA. I posted a reply (the type of reply I've posted many times before) essentially recommending the Gold Standard treatment for OA....which is exercise. It's what cured my symptoms and I know others have had similar results - all done at home with no cost and no help needed from professionals.

My post was held back for moderation - which puzzled me at the time. Now I notice the whole thread has been deleted.

Have there been some new rules about what type of discussion is allowed?

This isn't a complaint - I'm trying to understand the rules. I'd PM, but couldn't find who to send it to!

Provided you did not include a link to a website or include copy write material there should not have been a problem.

If you click on report this on your post you can contact the modereator.

That's what I thought. I've never had a post held back for moderation before, and there was nothing different about this post.

The entire thread has now been deleted, so the 'report this' option isn't available.

I think there's been a rule change - which is fair enough, but it'd be nice to know what it is so we can avoid typing whatever words we aren't allowed to use! LOL
