Run to sooth my hives

Hello dear friends, I have had this plague for 3y (itchy and swelling and all the nice suit of treats). A 6 month bout of Xolair relieved it but it came back with a vengeance after a couple of months. one consistent pattern though: if I run 10km it goes away for a couple of days and comes back milder. Anyone is like this with sports helping a little?

Hi
I had urticaria in 1977/8 and was under a lot of stress, then it just went, i did not know in those days what it was, just told it was a allergy ??, now in 2016 it started up, all the stuff you see on this site rash and swollen lips etc
,
i have not tried any drugs that the quacks have suggested or offered, as i used just antihistamines worked for a while just like everyone says, i found if you took any medication of any sort it would react to it especially stuff like brufen,,, i tried a diary of what i eat or drank,, no alcohol not even at xmas or new year as it would make it worse,, i walk my dog every day about 2 1/2 miles every day fast walk, i found if i woke with it, after my walk it would improve, also told not to have hot bath, but if i got in the hot bath afterwards they would change colour to light pink and fade away, i also found a small bit of dark chocolate helped with me, and small areas of this rash i rub vaseline on to it,, my optician has urticaria & he says if he cycles to work it is better than when he drives to work,, it is a mystery as i have been told there is so many forms of urticaria i saw a girl on youtube if she sweats or cry's she ge'st it,
i have lately had only small bits of it, nothing for a few weeks then creeping back, bits here and there, i have tried to stay now drug free not even antihistamines, unless i get a really bad dose like before, who knows if it is the body going through a change as i was told years ago the body changes every 7 years,, it is ok for doctors saying try this etc, if they don't know how to cure it, we are just sometimes making things worse, you get desperate and try anything, i'm one of those people that don't like taking anything unless really necessary as no good for the body drugs of any kind as it all goes by our kidneys, since i had urticaria in 1978 no progress it seem has been made to beat this disease, unless you have it you cant believe how depressing it makes your life day in day out, left to get on with it,, but as you say exercise does help me,, some people may say different,
try and keep occupied busy, take your mind off it,

Brand - Oriental botanicals
Supplement- Curcumin
Type - tablets
Chemist or health food shops
Give a week or 2 to kick in and it will really help a lot
Or
Brand- Fusion health - Curcumin advanced
Pretty much the same stuff, make sure you get these brands only
When needed take 2 tablets instead of one, give it time to work, can take a while sometimes pending what's in your system
