Running through deep, cold puddles

Ever since I have had to run in deep, freezing puddles in an unusually harsh winter. I have deep cracks on the side of my right foot and are very painful. I have pain in my left foot as well. It's hard to withstand the pain. Is there treatment for this?

I use super glue for skin cracks--the cheap stuff is fine! It stings for a second but then it doesn't hurt anymore and it just heals from the bottom up.

I would go to a podiatrist right away. Don't want your skin to get infected.
