Ruptured achilles tendon

I ruptured my achilles tendon had the vacoped boot on. I'm now at the last stage flat wedhe sklhies on in 2weeks time. What's next?

Patience is the key here and don't overdo anything. Did you have surgery? How bad was the rupture? You'll need to follow your physios instructions religiously and accept it will take 9-12 months to get back to normal. There's no fast track solution I'm afraid
