Ruptured Epididymal Cyst

I have read everywhere about "not worrying" or "no treatment needed" if the is no infection ... But my cyst is now extremely large and is stretching the scrotal sac. It also feels very heavy, which is probably normal given its size. My biggest worry is that if it bursts what happens to all the fluid.

ps .. I have been all over the internet and this question is not answered anywhere!

    Probably your body will absorb the fluids, so if the doctor told you not to worry, then dont. Our bodies have an uncanny way of absorbing things like that.

      So the easiest way for me to get rid of the cyst is to just burst it and let my body take care of everything? It might be painful but I think it will be worth it.

    I dont think bursting it is a good, idea. I have one at the moment that is about the size of a large orange/small grapefruit. The pain is immense, but it is decreasing in size, it takes a few weeks but let nature take its course. Please do make sure you see the GP
