I am a sixty-five year old active male with a complete ruptured ligament in my dominate right hand. I have had three months of physical therapy. I have had an x-ray and MRI. My surgeon has recommended surgery. What type of surgery should I have done? I would like the best results possible, so I can return to bowl and play baseball with my young grandsons.
