Hi all. Can anyone explain to me what severe sacral pain/spasm feels like. ( hope i have the correct word) i have had bowel surgery ( not cancer) and i have lower back problems. Severe lower back pain , pain in legs, especially after a lot of activity, or sometimes just standing still. Reading about this kind of pain I'm sure that's what I am experiencing, any advice please.
