I underwent vaginal hysterectomy and sacrospinous fixation 17 days ago. The pain in my right buttock has been unbearable at times, I can't even stand when it's at it's worse. I have been back to see my surgeon who is happy with my progress, and prescribed stronger analgesia. Wondered if anyone else has experienced severe pain and how long it lasts?
