    Hi

it may not be perfect, but i would recommend getting one. i live in Scotland and vitamin D can be in short supply for many months. i find it easier to wake up in the mornings - with having one if these lamps ( which is also an alarm clock ) - and i am naturally awake as opposed to feeling sluggish and feeling like i have woken up from a deep sleep . I take beta blockers that probably help keep my blood pressure lower as well.

These lamps are not expensive and i would not be without mine. i hope this is helpful .

I should imagine there will be quite a demand for vitamin D with all these people having to stay at home! Get in quick.

yes, i have been taking vitamin D since January, as per my surgeon. and it took 2 weeks to get a new bottle from a lesser known natural supplement provider i use all the time!

    Hi GBP,

I take cod liver oil capsules as you can overdo the vitamin D if you have not got the correct information, too much Vitamin D can cause a fast heart beat (tachycardia). Drinking water can help to lower blood pressure, nurses tell patients to drink water to help bring it down.
