SALBUTAMOL For proctalgia, does it work?

Hello everyone. I have been suffering with this for years and thought it was something that was a result of adhesions growing and then surgically removed from around my large intestines. I have seen many Doctors and Surgeons and no one ever mentioned proctalgia to me. 2 days ago I had my worst episode yet which caused me to pass out 2 times and take a really nasty fall on the bathroom floor. So after using “Dr. Google” finding this and joining this forum I was wondering if the salbutamol works for short term attacks? Mine usually last about 15 minutes but the last one was so severe I want to be prepared for the next one. Thanks in advance!

It's hilarious how most all butt docs have zero knowledge of this condition. But not surprising & no fault of their own. The condition is so rare that it never gets reported in most areas of the world. But for the peeps who live w/ this monster it's definitely a burden on life...
