Salivary gland problem not stones

Hi Iv had a salivary gland problem fir 18 years now and cant take it any more:( My salivary glands swell and are inflamed and every now and then a firmish lump comes out which burns possibly as they are sore. Iv had many scans, and mri and dye through them too and always cones back as nothing wrong no stones etc. Im convinced it could be a reaction caused by either some foods or msg which unbeknown to most people is hidden under 80 different names.. iv tried to eat cave man diet but even fresh stuff has natural msg in it and iv tried low histamine diets but im still unsure why this is happening to me as are soecialists. im so low sone days Im really struggling. if anyone else is suffering with same or anyobe out there can help me please please please please reply before I give up altogether .. thank you anyone out there
