Same issues as everyone on this forum

I started having the feeling of something stuck kn my throat 10 weeks ago . I have had acid reflux off and on for years but was managing it with H2 blockers over the counter. Then I ate a big dinner late one night, got bad reflux and it has never went away. I get gurgling in my throat, burning in my mouth. Cannot sleep well at night. Now have panic attacks and lost 10 pounds because I cannot eat without starting to feel full quickly and getting that lump feeling in my throat. Back of throat and mouth feel dry due to acid reflux or anxiety. Or both. I have had ct scans with contrast, radioactive iodine test to check for thyroid cancer ( which I had 12 years ago. Have been fine with it since yhe thyroidectomy and synthroid replacement) . All tests and blood work has came back good. I have had 3 blood tests. All are very good on CBC, metabolic panel, thyroid panel. So I do not know what set this off 10 weeks ago. It has messed up my digestion. My stools are loose and have mucus. Finally did a stool test yesterday, but it will be a few days before results are in.

I see a specialist in Dallas this week. Did a video conference. He said 60 things can cause acid reflux. He will do 4 comprehensive tests on me and says he can usually pinpoint the cause. Still, I get nervous thinking will he actually be able to figure it out. I had to quit my Ppis a week before this tests. I do not think they helped me anyway . Always have a lump sensation after eating and mouth burns after eating or drinking. I will try to let everyone know how the testing turns out and if I get hopeful and useful information .
