Title says it all, i'm feeling around beneath my jaw and neck and can feel what seems like a sausage shape? it's the same on either side. I follow it up towards my jaw and then it dissapears but that's all cause i can't feel further up. This probably all sounds stupid i'm just curious if anyone has had the same issue, feels rather soft and moveable
