Since 2 weeks I have a rash, it disappears almost completely when I take antihistamines. It's sometimes very itchy sometime mildly. Mainly in pubic area But also on the back and neck. doctor says it's only allergy. I'm not sure! I'm afraid it's scabies?

It might be scabies but one of the usually symptoms of scabies is that the area is itchy a lot at night.
See if you have had sex during the last few weeks or if you live with someone whom you share cloth or towel. These are usually the ways you get them.
If you dont have sever itching at night and the people who you have had close contact with them have no scabies then it is most probably not scabies.
