does anyone have an ideas on how to remove scabies from the scalp. doctors swear they don't go to the scalp but i have crawling sensations 24/7 and my scalp itches right after a fresh wash.

update: today the derm diagnosed me with eczema and perscribed a cortizone cream. i'll use it as directed and see what happens but im still convinced i have scabies due to the crawling but apparently eczema can also cause crawling sensations. i have multiple dry itchy patches and i dont have the typical scabies rash/burrows/blisters or hives. at this point im praying its just eczema and not a parasite. my life has been a nightmare since March.

ive been doing more research and still not sure i have scabies. i rarely itch and if i do its because u developed super dry skin due to all the permethrin treatments. my only symptons is crawling sensations and scratch marks that dont really look like burrows but who knows, im done dealing with dermatologists.
anyways, to get to my point ive started taking b12 shots in a pill form and notice that its stop thr crawling sensation. i have to take it everyday because it will stop then come back. so just a suggestion if you have crawling sensations could be a b12 Deficiency. im also anemic.
